yes, it isn't bad but the CL , TL, and Bimmer are much better looking

Two things.

1. It's an automatic. The automatics on the Accord/TL/CL's of that era are more prone to failture.

2. The 3rd pic looks like a 6th gen civic.

92k miles? Holy crap that's a lot of miles. I hope the previous owner had time to keep up on the maintenance.

I had an 02 CL Type S. I love that car. I gave it to my mom when I moved to NYC. Since then, the transmission was starting to go; the dealership replaced it with a brand new transmission (at no cost, of course) and there is a 10 year warranty on the drivetrain due to the recall. I'd call that good service. I drive it whenever I go back to NO, still feels brand new (although it only ahs about 35k miles on it).

Finance it through a credit union for 72 months and you can probably get your payment down a lot lower. They will sometimes extend 4.5-5% interest on cars that aren't too old that hold their value.
