I want the drop down menu back

I have many complaints about this revised new look of the forums.
1.The blue bar ad is very annoying. Its making the page look uneven and makes it longer.
2. The left panel menu is not working. Now every single page i have to scroll left and right in order to view the entire message.
3. Give me back the drop down menu. That was a very nice feature about the forums. It made it look organized and it was very useful. Now i have to refer to the left menu and that just sucks

One thing i've haven't had a complaint about....
Is the anandtech header. Actually that's cool when you have to refer back to a anandtech article.

I'm fairly certain that the other stuff won't be fixed, but I second for the fifth time the motion that the drop-down forum selector be added back in (at both the top and the bottom of the forum page.

I agree. The drop down menu was very useful, especially at the bottom of the page, so you didn't have to scroll back up to change category.

Agreed. I don't think it's going to be brought back, though. 🙁

I'll state once again that this was a useful addition. Though it seems that that doesn't matter anymore...ease of use that is...

It is much easier to bounce between Off Topic and Hot Deals with the drop down forum selector. Please bring it back.

Why was it removed in the first place?
