DALNet keeps bouncing back with "cannot assign requested address"

I've never had trouble connecting through my firewall before. What's going on?

Have you tried multiple servers? You do realize how crappy Dalnet is right? Do you know that they are constantly under nasty DDoSes? I connected fine.

The reason you are getting "cannot assign requested address" is because they changed the IPs of many hosts to 255.255.255.255 which is un-assignable, therefore it is just a cancelation
