Has anyone noticed, lately, that a lot of newbies are being very demanding? I read posts with problems and the person making the post, usually a newbie, gives few details and wants an answer. When queried, the newbie becomes irate and begins shouting at the people trying to help him/her and tells them to get out of his/her thread if they can't answer the question or solve the problem.

If it's just me then flame away. If it's them them let's hear about it.

I think you're still a newbie until you get to 10,000 posts...that's why I never expect too big a response when I ask for things..

yeah i see what you are saying. they are probably used to other forums that recognize his nick and want to help right away. we however just comment if we don't know the answer, just to let the original poster that we saw the question...just don't know. anyway it helps to keep their thread at the top, where someone that can help will help. i dunno...just my two pennies

Maybe I expressed it wrong.

I see many posts asking for help. When people try to give advice the original poster doesn't like the answer and starts mouthing off to the people trying to help him. When asked for more details, the person with the problem becomes irate and starts mouthing off rather than answering the questions which are meant to help him.

BTW, the number of posts a person has on AT has no bearing on the knowledge or experience of that person.
