When I was with AT&T, you had to submit a subpoena to get the ball rolling. Now, with VOIP so common, I wonder if the chances are even less.

Why even answer it? I never answer restricted or unknown number calls, and especially wouldn't in the middle of the night. Even after answering it, why listen for several minutes to garbage?
