I want IE/Firefox to store notes for every site I visit

This shouldn't be hard, but I haven't seen a plugin that can pull this off. It's almost Gator-esque in the programming, but I'd like it so if I go to a domain, I can take notes in a built in txt bar so if I re-visit it, the notes will be brought up. Has anyone seen this? I'd gladly pay money to have this plugin for either IE or Firefox if someone knows how to program it.

I *have* checked out Opera's Notes feature and Firefox's Scrapbook extension and both seem like they're on the verge of being helpful but way off. Firefox can store notes on pages you SAVE, and Opera can store global notes :/
