And, no, not the kind your Aunt Bertha has.

Going to China Town Thursday afternoon to get some live crabs and crawfish for a boil.

However, I've only done this once with very little seasoning so the flavor wasn't all that great. Looking for some sort of recipe for a crab boil with crawfish that will be nice and spicy :D For those who tell me to Google, I'm asking here for a reason: want to know if any of you have had experience with a certain recipe and can vouche for it. I found this which has good stuff, but I'd like some OT input :)

Crawfish :p MMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm - I always buy cajin seafood boil if I boil them :)

My gf has never had crab or crawfish, and she said she's willing to try it. Here's hoping she digs it so we can make this a a semi-regular meal :)

Maryland hard shell crabs > * ;)

Or, get some jumbo lumb backfin crab meat and fry up some crabcakes. :)
