I want a Video Capture Card, help me make a decision please

I have been wanting a video capture card for some time. My GF4 Ti4400 can do it but I want an actual capture card. I have been looking at the ATI TV-wonder and the Leadtek card. I want the ability to capture directly to Divx (my current computer may not be fast enough but I want the capibility). I also want a card that has good software that is fairly easy to use and quite a few features. Quality is also a conserne. Make other suggestions if you wish. I will set my price ceiling at $65 US.
