whereabouts in mass are you?
and how far do you want to travel?

Am still trying to find links for them but I know of one in Wells ,Maine and another in the Concord,NH areas
Might also want to look towards CT also

I can't think of any breeders of those in the Western Mass area though
maybe the Boston area?

I want a small bundle of love, and am willing to pay. But prostitution is not legal in my state. Better luck to you.

Have you checked http://www.petfinder.com ?

Yeah but there"s nobody even remotely local, I'm not buying a dog sight unseen and having the poor thing shipped like it was a computer ! :Q

There are a lot of breeders in Cali, I might have to wait till we move back there.

Since we lost Buddy the cat, life hasn't been the same, I'm not used to not having a pet :(

Would you want to be tossed in your twilight years? ;)

We adopted an adult dog and she has been just wonderful. Just the right combination of energy and sleep :p

Don't misunderstand, we had to put an elderly pet to sleep, it would break my heart to get an older dog only to have the same thing happen a short time later. Besides, I'd take the dog to school and want to teach it tricks and such :)I have no little kids and have the luxury of a bit of time now to devote to such things :)

I was looking for a Pom in MA for around 6 months and never came across any which were not from puppy farms or the sort. I ended up buying a male chihuahua in souther NH and have had him for nearly a year now. anyways good luck in finding a pomeranina breeder locally. i did find a breeder in cape cod, but i got a bad feeling when he asked for written reccomendations for 3-5 people, also one of his requests was to be able to visit the pom any time he felt like.

EDIT: Here are some PICS

..I had a yorkie for awhile but gave it back to my sister..nice dog but too small. I was afraid it would break. Small dogs need special handling and special people to take care of them.

nah, they've got rules against listing pets for sale and there's a ton of weirdo's who hang out at the pet section who constantly flag and post argumentative weird things.

are you sure? I wonder if it's a local thing. I got my gf a dog through craigslist and I also have a few friends that have done the same.

Sorry. This is for Durham, NC. But maybe there is a rescue shelter in MA. Also, wait until after Christams and New Years. I hate to say it, but many animals are given as gifts that are not loved or cared for by the recipient.

I visited a Dogland store tonight, I sat in the playpen with a Pom , a Jack Russell and a Papillion.

Lol,I gotta get a dog, all 3 of these guys seemed to love me, watching these tiny puppies chase around was fun :)
