In my experiance with two PC-60s: The top, both side covers, all bay covers and front panel are decorative anodized. The black decorative is dyed, then sealed.
The newer Lian Li cases listed at thier site say hard anodized. This process demands more current at lower acid bath temps and is just a tad more expensive. It is much more scratch & scuff resistant. I washed with hot soapy water, then gave my cases three coats of wax before the builds. They don't finger print and clean like a snap.
None of the internal aluminum or back panel are anodized. Google images of hard, decorative and splash anodize.
http://www.caswellplating.com/ I used these folks for my home plating needs for motorcycle restoration work. Never have anodized anything here. If you watch the vid, it will be noted he has an accent

They are a British couple that have done very well over the years. It is a respected company in the automotive restoration community.

ATM, my next case will be an Akasa Eclipse 62. It is black dyed anodized, even the internal bays are. It will be waxed with product made for black finishes, as regular wax can cause clouding on black surfaces.
An anodized aluminum surface will insulate current...Be aware of that fact. Some SMPS heat sinks are anodized, ie, the gold sinks used in the Libertys.
