well the cheapest, nastiest sluts love to go there. They love to get pounded by chavs, some have multiple men in one night. I remember watching a program "Ibiza uncovered" and this scummy guy was boasting about how he'd laid fifteen or twenty women over his holiday and not once used a condom.

Party atmosphere + Cheap alcohol + cheap women + sleazy blokes = lots of unprotected sex = lots of STD's and STI's going around.
