uhhhh... most of them, if you know how to not sit on your balls...

Lmao, I just pictured a 3 year old asking a parent why it hurts to sit down.

Your body will accommodate if you're actually talking about the area that you're supposed to sit on. Your balls aren't supposed to get smashed... you either have disproportionately large testicles or you're doing it wrong :p

A) get real bicycling shorts. you can get some with baggy covers so they look like normal ones, b) acclimate to the seat, c) figure out comfortable spots. In time you can get up to long distances without much issue

Get some proper padded cycling shorts.

If you're currently using the bike equivalent of a sofa, get a saddle with less padding. It may seem strange at first, but heavily padded saddles are actually less comfortable in the long run. If you have a saddle with less padding, most of the force is carried on your sit bones. If you have a very padded saddle it conforms to your arse, taking pressure away from the hard bones and applying it to softer areas that shouldn't be carrying load, leading to embarrassing numbness.

Get a proper bike setup done. The angle of the saddle can affect where it exerts pressure.

Finally, if you're riding a proper saddle with shorts and your setup is right and you're still experiencing problems, you may have to look at a saddle with a slightly different shape or with a cutout in the middle like this:

As has been mentioned...get some decent shorts. There are plenty of shorts geared toward Mtn biking that don't even look like Bicycle shorts. REI usually has a ton of options...but any bicycle shop geared toward Mtn biking will have a good selection.

I just use some generic WTB Rocket saddle on my mountain bike. It's not the saddle I would choose for long distance biking, but it does well for mountain biking. It's comfortable enough to handle couple of hours of biking, and it's narrow enough that I can get behind it with ease. I've never heard of anyone crushing balls... unless you're doing it wrong. As been mentioned above, you will want to, no, you will have to stand up a lot, whether you're going up steep hill, going fast downhill, or going over obstacles. If you don't stand up, then yes, I could see your butt being smashed and balls getting crushed.
