-50 degrees and a wind chill of -70!!!!! Could overclock a lot if you opened your window near the computer or put it outside. I bet the temps would be very low at default speeds and not much higher when overclocking.

You can just put your PC outside and you won't need any cooling!
 
Bah! I lived in Ft McMurray for 4 years, -40c with windchill into -70c was common in the winter. Winter lasted 6 months, summer was relatively hot reaching the 30c mark.
