But the Baggins house is actually quite impressive:

I hope the Frasier thing was done as a project for some undergrad design class or something. Or else someone is way, way too into Frasier.

But goddamn that's a nice apartment.

The guy who did it is an interior architect. He's got a bunch of TV floor plans on his DeviantArt page.

Fraiser must have made a boat load of money practicing psychiatry to get a pad like that in Seattle. No way he'd be able to afford it on a radio host's salary. 😀

I'm a hell of a lot more impressed with how much the people in Friends must have been paid. They must have been running a coke and prostitution ring on the side to afford those places.

Did you see the amount of furniture.. etc..etc they pulled out of Bilbo's house? Its ridiculous.

if given a choice between being able to own both I would choose bag End.
Besides leaf grows wild around it doesnt it?

I always wondered how they got the piano into the elevator and into Frasier's apartment.

I own a pad, but it's on paper. :awe:

I use to design shit with Punch Home.

No they talked about that in the pilot episode. One of the girls was subletting a rent controlled place from her gramma.

Frasier's place was also nicely decorated. Upscale and modern, but not overboard. I remember Niles place looked like an old rich woman lived in it, but maybe that was supposed to be funny because he wife had all the money.
