I USED to roll my eyes at all the anti Best Buy feelings on ATOT

This is my comment that i filled out in their customer service response site:

I would just like to tell you that I will no longer buy anything at bestbuy.com or any Best Buy stores. Your website has zero ability for customers to cancel orders--which is just unacceptable. I'd rather pay a couple of dollars more at other sites for better online services and customer ability to cancel an order.
As soon as I submitted the order I realized that I ordered the wrong product and immediately called your toll free number (less than 2 minutes from my mistake). I followed the websites advice and called Best Buy?s toll free number and was told that they could not cancel my order and I would have to try back in 2 hours which I did. Then when I called back in two hours I was told that my order was shipped and would have to return the order manually. I refuse to pay shipping when I followed your customer service employee?s advice and your inept website service and still was not able to cancel my order.
Make no mistake I?m not blaming any customer service person on the toll free number; the service representatives just follow Best Buy?s orders and procedures. I am putting all blame on bestbuy.com?s inept service and the inability to effectively cancel an order.
You can gladly look up my previous orders to check the money that will be lost from my refusal to deal with your inept online system anymore. And I will refuse to deal with bestbuy.com and all other Best Buy stores as a protest to your inept system.
I know you can just ignore me; and assume that is what will happen. But as long as this system is there more and more people will join me as they realize what a bad system you guys have running. Furthermore, I do not want a reply to this comment. I just hope you realize that bestbuy.com has a bad system and needs to change it before you lose more business.

I applaud your effort. No rolling eyes here. In time, many comments and actions like yours may convince them to change their policies.

well at least he took his time to write a polite complaint instead of it being full of @#$!@#!@ampersand@#$ rant. Just email/mail that to the president and corporate offices if you can find their emails.

Kinda looks like you looked up crappy in a thesaurus, came up with inept, and then put it in your letter 8 times to make it sound good. ;)

Man Best Buy doesn't care if educated consumers don't buy products from their stores. They make their money off noobs who come in and ask, "I have 2 thousand dollars to spend and I need a new computer for my home to do taxes, email, and browse the internet."

How did that pass through the swear filter (I editted it)

And no, they don't. BB's entire business model is "screw the customer, screw the employee". Understock sale items, push expensive but worthless extended warranties, deny valid returns/exchanges on defective merchandise, deny valid warranty repairs, unbelievably bad customer service, outright lies, you name it.

The last time I bought anything at BB was 2.5 years, and that was one of those crooked ferengi hot deals where you know they lost money. Other than deals like that, they will never see my business again.

The main thing I'm tired of at Best Buy is being offered free issues of Sports Illustrated, etc... everytime I go to the check out.

I signed up for that once and I ended up being charged with 6 24.95 subscriptions

Last thing I bought there was the bfg 6800/hl2 deal for $220 or so after rebate. Got the rebate last week. :)
