I used to respect buy.com......but after they lost my 400 dollar printer i hate them.

I ordered a xerox workcentre machine, for about 420 shipped, and they uh...lost it. They said it was shipped, and um...i dont have it. They say sum crap like wait 10 days then we will see......this is freaking stupid. I need that machine now. And the people on the phone are so stupid this is pathetic, im never ordering buy.com.

people make mistakes, they are human to you know. but if it is a chronic problem, then i think you would be justified in flaming them. however, i think buy.com is one of the more respectable sites just try ordering from one of those pricewatch companies, oh my. my 02 cents

One thing you have to understand is that once the item is shipped, it's out of their hands...Who you really should be mad is at the shipping company...I sucks for the company and it sucks even more the customer...

Plus, you can always dispute it with your credit card company...no worries that way!

Try placing the blame where it probably belongs...UPS. Call them and see if it was lost. I've had a harddrive misdelivered by UPS to some neighbor in my condo complex. He signed for it and took it. Who knows where it went.

If UPS says the delivered it to the right address, call your credit card company and place the charge in dispute.

I'm willing to bet that you weren't home, so the damn UPS driver had a neighbor sign for it who decided to take it. UPS should have record of who signed for it.
