The doctors measure your femur when you're born. They're actually pretty accurate, given proper nutrition levels. They told my parent's about 6' 4" for me, and guess what? I'm about 6' 4".

I always like milk and im 5'4 lol but that is because meh mum is 5'2 and my dad is 5'4 so my fate was set at my birth. Most of my other family members are short too with the few exeptions ex. Granny 5'8 and she has not gottan shorter and great grandpa was 6'1.

I drank milk like it was going out of style.... pretty much up until a few years ago (I'm 28 now). My son is the same way. He'd rather have a glass of milk than a cookie.

I'm 5'11". I don't know that it helped me grow any taller (though my dad was 5'9"), but it sure didn't hurt. When you're dying of thirst, nothing is better than a cold glass of milk.
