I gotta say, that thing is really small . . . I guess the closet comparison to length would be that it is about the length of my ring or middle finger

its very thin and narrow too . . .

though i dont think i'd ever get one . . . i've grown accustomed to portable audio WITH a screen . . .

I already purchased one.. Best value on the market, for $100 you get 130 songs and a very compact, portable Ipod. Sound is great. This thing is perfect for travelling and working out, plus you don't have to worry about cracking the damn screen and having the hard drive fail.. I'll probably trade mine in for the 1GB model as soon as it comes out.
