i trying to solve this problem since afternoon...need help please

i just got my nvidia geforce FX 5600 and my specs are:
Amd athlon XP 2700+
512 DDR-RAM
PC3200 Dual Channel DDR400 Ram
WinXP

i was using another card before this, and i dun have any problem, but after i change to this card...i try run 3dmark2001SE then when it run a few test for a while then suddenly it will auto restart my computer...wat is wrong? i tried installing the old drivers from the cd as well as the latest one from the net, but still got the same problem...

could be the PSU was at it's limit before and the 5600 put it over the edge

It really does sound like its the PSU

Possible problems: power supply, memory went bad, or heat problems. What power supply are you using, memory, temps?
