And exactly what rules do the Jihadists follow? I think humiliating them was a bit off base but I have no problems with us torturing those idiots to a degree in order to get the info needed. There are many ways to torture someone without actual physical harm. Do you think those animals don't torture our guys? Oh wait, beheading civilian captives is cool to watch from the comfort of your room, huh? My biggest problem with this issue is that we are not smart enough anymore to actually keep it a secret. We need much better screening of troops involved in these types of jobs.

1. Prisoners were not tortured as a result of interrogations. They were tortured for sheer enjoyment. They were not high-level officials or people with any information. They were just regular POW's.

2. Decapitation is not torture. I also would not consider most forms of currently used EXECUTION as torture. Though it can be argued that some need to be tweaked (ie gas).

3. Screening of troops? You think you have special ops in the prisons? They are the lowest ranked people you can posibly have. Privates.

Who cares if the torture is for interrogation or enjoyment. They deserve it. They worked towards destroying us... in my book they should die horribly. And if decapitation isn't torture, but making them pose naked and stuff is... I must seriously be confused. Last I checked, it took these nuts about a minute to saw through Nick Berg's neck. Yeah, there's no torture there.
