But the Red Cross lady here at work said it was taking too long! So she pulled the needle. First of all, it took forever to find my vein (three techs and both arms). Then she told me was going to take about 20 minutes fill a pint. 20 minutes? Sheesh! I was sitting there, with needle in my arm for almost ten minutes and hadn'y filled half the bag yet! I've had this problem my whole life. I don't have low blood pressure or anything like that. She said it was because of my muscles. I don't even work out! At least I know I it would take a hella long time to bleed to death.
