I totally forgot I had my old email addy listed for some sites, is there anyway to retrieve the mail?

I remember the old addy but I don't know what to put for the pop3.

I used to have Charter@Home internet, @Home went out of business so i guess I'm out of luck. =( Oh well, who wants to play Galaxies or Plantside anyway?
