She couldn't sleep last night and thought she might have had contractions but it might not have been. Really scared me because she's not due till around the middle of May. Our first daughter was pre-mature also (weighed 6lbs 10 oz and was only 20in. long) so there is a likelihood that this one might be pre-mature as well.

How premature was the last one? Some women are just prone to delivering earlier. So long as it's not dangerously early, I wouldn't be concerned :)

Our first child was about 5 weeks early. She's pretty far along but I would like for her to as close to full term as can be of course. My buddy just had a baby that was due April 25 on March 20. Poor kid only weighed like 4 lbs. He's doing really well now too and is growing.

my wife's cousin was 5 wks premature but he's 6 now and doing very well.

best wishes, we're expecting our first in june.
