Personally, I couldn't give a crap if a musician looks like they had acid thrown at them if they can actually make good music. It's about as relevant to me as deciding whether someone can be employed at a call centre based on their looks.

Perhaps if people hadn't become so obsessed over a musician's image then we might actually have some better, more successful musicians, rather than a bunch of empty-headed bimbos and male models who are obsessed with becoming famous rather than being a respected musician.

This is what I noticed as well, all the people in music now are so beautiful, rich, adorable etc, they are everything else just not good musicians.
