well, after sleeping passed noon every day for the passed month, i had to wake up at 8 this morning to pack my stuff to leave. no, this isn't the crap part; this next part is. when i arrive at my apartment, there is a note taped to the door saying the rent check my roomate paid bounced (we still don't know why). our rent is $810 per month. The amount they put on there with the"late fees" (rent is due on the first, with grace until the fourth. today is the 10th) was $895. WTF?!

so i go to the office to pay everything with a check (roomate is still out of town) and they say that since his check bounced, i can't pay the rent with my check. 2 seperate accounts, 2 seperate banks, but i can't do it. what a stupid stupid law. so i go out in shorts and a t-shirt (not too bright on my part) and sit in the cold for nearly 30 minutes waiting for the bus, so i can ride the bus to randalls and buy a money order. charged me $3 for that stupid thing. got back, paid the stupid lady, and after all that she ends with "have a nice day." yeah, ok, screw you lady.

*note* during all of this i had no phone and no internet access, and i still haven't been able to unpack all of my stuff.

on the lighter side of things, i got approved for an American Express Blue and it came in the mail today (well, I checked the mail today and it was there). that was a total suprise.

ok i'm done ranting, just had to get that off my chest. please ignore.
