After my shoe poll 2 days ago, I placed an order from zappos.
Next day delivery means it arrived yesterday at 1pm while I was at work (shouldve sent it there)

Come home and the package is not there.
Neighbor said he didnt receive it.

Ive been driving home for lunch often, and for last 2 weeks ive been seeing this crew working on the townhouse next door. I think they stole it. UPS tracking shows it was signed by "KHAN" :| :| :|

You think? If the tracking status, shows that it was delivered and signed by someone you don't know then obviously yes.

Never had a problem with them what they will probably do is ship you another pair and investigate the missing pair /w the shipper.

I think they'll take care of me well. I just dont want them to absorb the loss, on my behalf, because of some thieves.

What I dont understand is how the package was signed off. If it was dropped at the door, the tracking should have said "dropped off". wtf is Khan and how did UPS allow them to receive it !

Consider yourself lucky, the fashion police obviously intervened on your behalf. Now if they had only gotten there before you bought that shirt.....

Because it's UPS, and they're complete garbage. They misdeliver all the time, lie about ringing doorbells and delivery attempts if they have to climb stairs, outright steal packages then claim it was delivered, I've even seen a UPS driver sign the pad himself with someone else's name because they weren't there to accept it. Best part is there's nobody to complain to, they'll just deny it, and what proof do you have?

If you were a UPS driver you would give Khan any packages she asked for.

Yup, I would even beat you to death and give her your shoes if she asked.
