Zuni loaded fusetalk 2.0 beta 1 for us for a few hours but after a few complaints of things not working and the crappy performance, we got the 1.0 back.

2.0 rocks, from what I've seen.

I liked 2.0, from what I saw. My only gripes were the smilies, & the fact that BoberFett erased my poll...

But I can definitely live with the new smilies, it's not that bad.

Hmm... I played with 2.0 for a while and found the following mutual gripes:

CONS:

Views vs. Posts were off, but I think that was because Posts were total posts and views were since 2.0 was installed.

The private message feature was funk. No way to view anything but new messages. Obviously a bug.

No one seemed to like the smileys.

PROS:

The message editor was AWESOME.

It's nice to know how many people are viewing a thread vs. who's just responding to it.

It didn't crash miserabley.





Isn't that what beta's are for???
