Me and some friends were playing cards and talking when the following conversation took place:
Me: "So why isn't James here?"
Friend: "He's out playing MJ with his chinese friends".
Me (jokingly): "What, he's playing..marijuana?"
Friend (laughing): "No you idiot, they're playing Mahjong".

So since then, we've been refering it to as playing mahjong, works much better than the last thing we called it (to trump/trumping).
