Perhaps that rumble of my hydrogen maser oscillator this afternoon (it gets pissy when it's not mounted to its 55 tonne granite footing - if I were to give it a name it would definitely be female!) has propogated across the networks and is triggering an anomalous oscillation within the .net frames!
