I dunno.. it didn't even look like he was running away nessecerily. Looks like the car was going out of control, and the guy didn't even know it. Looked like he was jogging. Personally, if I had seen a car comming toward me at those speeds, I would be hauling ass. That guy didn't even know what hit him IMO.
