I would do my part to ensure the people who are the most dangerous or threatening to me die first. Me, being a fat guy, would be seen as choice prey for many. I would have to strike first before they expect it in order to give myself the most advantages possible and to minimize long term risk to myself.

I could survive at least 3 or 4 months without food due to my built in reserves.

First, they'd have the least meat on them, so killing them would be inefficient. Go for the fat guys first, that's the largest meal that could feed the most people.
Second, they're not going to resort to cannibalism anyway, so keeping them around isn't a waste of meat. Go for the fat guys first, they eat the most and getting rid of them first stretches the available food farther.
Third, if it's an American plane most of the people will be fat, not vegan.

This is why I would strike early and often. I would tke out the strongest looking people first, before they get hungry/starve.

Well I have eaten cow brain at Mexican places a number of times, so Priors are likely. I have eaten many different organ meats and such, and all sorts of pig and fishes and goats and such. Those might stop a vegetarioan from killing me to eat me, but they really arent a threat to begin with.
