About a month ago, someone ran up a couple hundred dollars in gas on my Discover card in Florida (I live in Colorado). No biggie, I say; these things happen. A couple weeks later, my Paypal account gets locked because they believe someone else tried to access my account. Now I'm beginning to get a little worried, but I had that happen a long time ago so I considered it a coincidence. Just now I received an email from my Visa account saying that it has been shut down because they have reason to believe it has been compromised. Now I'm really worried. WTF should I do? I never throw personal mail into my trash, but the only thing I can think of is that someone got into my computer through a Trojan. I have MS Money with all of my accounts setup, but I would like to think that info is stored in an encrypted fashion.

You probably should have investigated earlier, but call the card company. Any proven fraudelent charges are required by law to be compensated by the credit card company. And never overestimate the security of Windows. Infact, it's best to regard it as not there; I would keep all my personal information on an external HD if you are worried about this happening again.
