I made Co Co Vin for dinner last nite.

Co Co Vin:
Chicken simmered in chicken stock, red wine, mushrooms, and onions. Served over chive-mashed potatoes. Co Co Vin is dark due to the wine and a dash of parsley and a couple of diced carrots to add color.

There wasn't a name attached to the note but I have a good idea who it was. At least I don?t have to worry about lunch today. But do I need to worry about her?
