Just because someone doesn't necessarily like it, doesn't mean it should be locked up. It's not even as disturbing as most of the things you find in OT and even P&N. I don't think it should go in L&R as its more about disturbing experiences-9/11 than a relationship. I don't thin it goes in P&N because it has to do with a personal issue. It belongs in Off Topic because it is, off topic. No rules were violated in the post either.
It's not too much information, like a fecal matter thread.
