Is it humanly possible to lose 3lbs between the time i went to bed (2am) and the time i got up (8:30am)?

I'm not sure where it all goes, but when I check the scale in the night and morning, I usually show at least 1-2 pounds of weight loss, sometimes more, sometimes less. I don't really get it.

You didnt lose any weight. You body weight will fluxuate depending on the time of the day. You weigh less in the morning and more at night. Some of the reasons for this is water weight and digestion. For example, first thing in the morning, I weigh around 193. At night, Im around 196.
