The retail cpu fan is the only thing that is causing noticeable noise in my computer. I've read other posts saying that the retail fan is very quiet. Are my ears too sensitive or can I actually get a very quiet cpu fan? If I buy a papst fan, will it be significantly quieter? Anything quieter than a papst fan? Will I also need to buy a new heatsink if I buy a papst fan?
