I think my neighbor is going to get murdered.

I live on a ground floor apartment. This morning when I got up at 5:15 I opened the shades to check for frost on my car. Rather than frost on my car, there was a police car parked right behind my car. After a couple minutes I hear some noise from across the hallway. I go over by my door and hear these two guys arguing about how one of the guy's ex-wives owes the other one a couple thousand bucks or something. Then I hear the cop tell the one guy "If I ever catch you here watching this guy again you're going straight to jail." So I can only guess that my neighbor woke up to find this other dude peering in his window at 5 AM, and called the cops. Exciting.

I'm not seeing the connection to murder here. Maybe a break-in or a good beating. If he was going to be murdered, he would be dead already.

I was thinking the same thing...I mean, it's his ex-wife...those of us who are married know we don't have much control over our current wives...what does he expect to do about his ex??

On my walk home this morning (6:30am) there was a guy down the street across an intersection from myself and my co-worker standing in the middle of the street. He had a bright orange cap on, so we figured he was part of the construction that's been going on lately, except that they weren't working today since it's Good Friday. Then we noticed him lay down in the middle of the street, then get up, and walk back and forth waving his arms and yelling a lot.

We stopped and watched him for a bit, then my co-worker called the local PD and reported it, since there was a bit of traffic, and each car that came by the guy would actually walk towards them. Eventually he'd be hit or something.

Hmm, sounds exciting. I hope the guy doesn't miss, and shoots someone else through the paper-thin apartment walls!

No clue. Not even sure if it was the neighbor or intruder's ex being mentioned.
