Actually he is a mature student going to OSU. Not sure where he gets his $$ to buy toys but he runs http://www.e04hardware.com/ so most might be test pieces.

Bingo- note the GeForce 6 series on the card? nVidia reference, same as my 6800NU. (but a million times faster )

Don't get me wrong, he does buy alot of his stuff (I buy it after he is done playing with it). Last time I was at his place he had a phase-change cooler on the FX-55 and water cooling on his GPU. He never plays games, just runs super-pi all the time.
