I think my DFI LP Ultra-D is undervolting my cpu..

I set it to 1.35v in BIOS, but CPU-Z read 1.312v. And it seems to get worse as I use more volts. I set it to 1.525v in BIOS and CPU-Z reads 1.488v! Do I need to RMA this board? I don't see any RMA service on DFI's website? Do you think my PSU (500W Antec SmartPower) could have anything to do with it?

Yep. My DFI never undervolts even at full CPU load. Using an OCZ Powerstream 520.

Well, how do I RMA it? I don't see anywhere to request RMA on DFI's website!

Do you realize that CPU-Z and all the other software monitor (everest or speedfan etc.) are never accurate on temps and even way off on voltages?
I have a 4400+ set with 1.5v on a DFI SLI-DR with a Antec Neopower 480, and it is reporting 1.46v in CPU-Z.
However, when I meausre it physically on the board with a multi-meter, it is at a constant 1.499v.
Unless your cpu is not prime stable @ 1.35v set by the BIOS, you are more than fine.

I wasn't aware they were so far off on voltages. I knew they were way off on temps however.

I can't prove it, but I believe that they are more off on voltages than temps.
