I think my cat is dreaming . . .

He's laying under the desk, eyes closed. Hind legs twitching, ears twitching back and forth. 😛

I wonder if I should wake him up, or watch on. 😛

My dog dreams quite regularly. She whimpers, snorts, growls, twitches, and even raises the hair on her back when she dreams.

It's rather entertaining.

Ever see that old footage of experimentation on dreaming from the 50's? It shows a cat dreaming after they disabled the brain's function of stopping it from acting out its dreams. All animals that dream have this function. Once turned off the cat appeared to be fighting some unseen foe. It was very creepy to watch.
