Most corporations are owned by 1 or 2 people. "President" is the most commonly used title.

Chief Executive Officer means you're the top executive. That means that there should be other executives for you to be "chief" of. Small busineses do not have executives. At best they have owners, a manager or two and sales people. The titles like CEO, CIO, VP -Sales, etc. for these small businesses are just masterbation for their ego. The fact that you incorporated your yard cleaning business doesn't make you a CEO.
