Maybe someone hacked into his system and installed a virus?

This man stands for nothing. And idiots are actually going to vote for him. And based on what? The other thread several people gave several policy reasons why they're voting for him, but you don't know where he actually stands.

If John Kerry is a 'flip flopper', i don't even know how the fuck you're supposed to describe Mitt.

Did he suffer a brain injury lately or something?

You think it's a coincidence he makes the more liberal statement on NBC and the conservative one on a conservative website interview? Know your audience at work.

None of this should surprise you.

http://www.fff.org/blog/jghblog2012-09-10.asp

Of course there isn’t. This was most recently demonstrated in an interview Romney gave on “Meet the Press.” According to today’s New York Times, Romney said that Obamacare isn’t all bad and that while he has his own healthcare reform plan in mind, he would certainly retain portions of Obamacare if he were elected president.

and

On healthcare, Romney and Obama both believe that it is the government’s role to provide healthcare to people. That’s why they both ardently believe in Medicare and Medicaid, socialistic programs that were brought into existence during the regime of arch-liberal Lyndon Johnson.

Sure, they’ll battle over whose healthcare reform should be adopted, but necessarily it will be a fight that avoids any discussion over whether government intervention into healthcare is why the system always is breaking down and constantly needs to be “reformed.”

The last thing these guys are ever going to do is to question whether the provision of healthcare is a legitimate function of government. That would be much too frightening.

That's actually only 2 flip-flops (3 positions), and one of the 3 was an anonymous staffer.

So, really only 1 flip-flop a day. About what you'd expect from Romney.

Its pure Mittbot political genius. No matter what you think or the political positions of any voter, every voter can place their faith in Mitt Romney because he is on both sides of every issue.

Does Mitt Romney have any core issues he will not flip flop on? IMHO the answer is no, but that is always negotiable to the incrediable plastic man in Mitt Romney. As it also depends on what group he is talking to the moment.

I hear that for the first Presidential debate, they won't even invite Obama. It'll just be Romney vs. Romney! :p

Obviously Mitt was for it before he was against it.

He will also promise to half the deficit at the end of his first term and then sneak in budgetary trillion dollar deficits. Oops. He wouldn't be the first or the last either.

If he were smart he would write the bill behind closed doors and then say we need to pass the bill so we can see what's in it.

Maybe an "oscillator." Don't worry, once he's in office the effective maximum rate of mind changing will be at the speed of congress.

Romney should come out strongly in favor of a single payer system and just watch as the pundits and hardliners on both sides of the aisle implode.

Has he stated that if he does not keep his promises that he does not deserve the job.

What type of idiots are putting in a person that has stated he is not qualified and should not have the job.

Talk about sheep

Sorry but you are making a giant stretch to make that statement. Armstrong would be jealous.

Didn't The Daily Show have a segment awhile ago that showed that Republicans actually seem to like everything about "Obamacare" except for the part that actually funds everything? I can't recall the exact portions of the bill or I'd try to detail it in more specifics, but with that in mind, I'm not surprised.

Oh, and the little, cheesy joke that I like using whenever I see a story like this is, "Romney flip-flopped so far he flop-flipped!" :awe:

(I'll wait for my first "I see what you did thar!" post :p)

Am I reading that link right?
1. Rommey states in favor keeping pre-exist, 26 years-old,...
2. Rommey aide states Rommey wants market-based insurance without a federal mandate for those things
3. Same or different Rommey aide amends previous statement to one that condicts itself. A mandate that bans pre-exist conditions for people who already have insurance.

So is that really 4 rommey flip-flops because his aides can't keep things straight?

And If I'm reading it right, it sounds like some aide(s) need to be let go.

Not just aides. His official website still states that he's for the immediate repeal of all aspects of Obamacare. Even though Obamacare is just like the plan Romney put into place as governor of Massachusetts and used to evangelize for because companies were going to Canada instead of his state because they wouldn't have to pay for employees' health insurance costs there.
The first edition of Romney's book No Apologies suggests spreading the Massachusetts proto-Obamacare to other states, but later editions removed that sentence.
Now he says he wants to keep some of Obamacare, just not the part that makes it work (ie without a mandate to buy insurance, everyone would just wait until they're sick to buy insurance and destroy insurance companies).
Except depending his audience he still wants to repeal Obamacare RIGHT AWAY FIRST THING.

And once again.... you divert. You divert alllll fucking day. You blindly follow a liar and then ignore everything he stands for... of course why wouldn't you. He didn't stand for it yesterday, so I am sure if you wait till tomorrow, he might stand for something you agree with. You have no defense or reason you are OK with him doing it besides that you just are a fucking lemming and you only defense is "Obama!!!!". Never any reason... just blame the others.

Stop fucking blaming others and grow a pair of balls and explain why you are OK with the constant flip flopping.

Speaking of sheep... sheep are people who ignore the topic at hand and try to DIVERT DIVERT DIVERT. You all blindly follow a lying sack of shit and refuse to even acknowledge he ever pulls this shit. He will say anything to get elected.

He even uses his wife's MS as an excuse that they have "dealt with issues". FUCK him. I have MS and I deal with it in the middle class. I take offense to what she does always bringing it up as their "reason" for knowing pain and hardship. The meds cost $2000+ a month. Does that even effect him? Of course not. They don't even need to worry about if they can afford that or if they can get healthcare for it.

Pointing out hipocracy is not diverting.
