I have a group of friends that I hang out with and they used to be fun but now it's getting a bit dull and weird.
It seems that now their idea of a good time consists of sitting around talking about how much girls suck, going to a book store and reading manga and comics for an hour, then going to On the Boarder and talking loud and about the strangest things, going back to the house (we never go to any of the other guy's homes, just one) and sitting around whining about how they aren't getting any (but I though girls sucked?). I suggest other things to do but they reject them saying that it costs money and they don't have any to spend. Which it true because two of them work at BestBuy and another just doesn't have any money at all. The other has a good job but is getting a bit tired of having to pay for stuff and so am I.
Now I knew these guys were geeky, but it's like they are turning into stereotypical nerds.
Best part is one guy just got his concealed weapons permit so now he has a 9mm on him at all times (and does a bad job of hiding it). But it gets better, he just had a ?break-up? with his not girlfriend. I'm not sure, but I think it goes something like this:
He got a hard-on for a girl at work but she has a boyfriend. Some how he thought they were dating but really she was just hanging out with him or something like that. So she 'breaks up' with him but still talks over AIM just to be nice, making things even worse because now he thinks she still wants him. This guy does nothing but think about her to the point of being a pair of tight jeans and some eye shadow away from Emo.
And he has a gun.
Two guns, he said he has a .45 at home. I'm freaked out but at the same time want to see how thing turn out in hopes of selling the idea to Hollywood.
So ya, I'm going to find new friends because while they can be fun at times this crap is getting old fast.
