And I'm a virgin, never even kissed a girl (well a couple friendly ones on a cheek or forehead).

Ouch...

Ok everyone, new mission... We need to get Noriaki a GF. :)

Hey. I'm not complaining, just stating some facts.
I don't make any effort to get a girlfriend. In order to get one, I'd need to try first. :p

Didn't we have this discussion the other day in one of the many gender threads?
I'm single, and I like being single. I also have very little in the way of sex drive. :p

In all honesty...I don't think I'd have much luck getting any if I was trying...but I'm not, so that drops my chances to pretty much 0 :p I prefer to just have female friends...much easier. And I've not got much of a sex drive, so it amounts to pretty much the same thing.

PS: For Private Messages, go to the profile link at the top of the page (just under the drop down box with the different topic listings).
Then near the bottom of that page there is a switch for allow private messages...near the bottom 2 or 3 lines above your signature box.

Female friends are nice, but my wife is also my best friend. Has been for the last five years. There's nothing like having something like that. Female friends are nice, but it's great to experience something more than just friendship.

I am not celibate. That's not to say I rush into things though. Everything I've done has been with the same person, who I've been with for nearly 11 months now. I waited, by choice, quite awhile before we did things. I don't see the need to be celibate, I love her as much now as I will if down the road we get married, so how is it different? On the other hand, my brother and his girlfriend are waiting until marriage, they have been together for nearly 4 years now. While I do respect him for that, I just don't see the need to do it.

Does he (or she) have religious reasons for waiting until Marriage?
Other than religious reasons, I've always found the whole wait until Marriage thing a little odd...like you said, there is certainly value waiting until you are absolutely sure you love the person...but really what's the big deal about marriage...it's not like it suddenly makes you love the person more.

So, was it everything you expected? :)

No? That's ok, it probably never is... Like most things in life, you get better with pratice...

Lather, rinse, repeat...

I haven't really talked to him about it, it was actually my mom that told me this (she told me when I first got together with my gf, I guess trying to keep me from doing anything). They are both fairly religious, not like hardcore about it or anything though. I don't really know what his reasons are, but whatever, its hard to do and they are doing it so they get my respect lol
