Oh don't worry, the Lambiliy will make sure to keep the advocacy going. As long as people keep naming their babies after her, the popularity can be measure. ;)

Although, it's probably already happened and Fantasy is like Don Giovanni's overture...where that's just what the new generations want to hear.

Only I have "discovered" that the reason she is popular is because she intuits how to make the music progress bar to bar just like Herr Mozart. The "orchestration" is also advanced. Not easy to create the illusion of "conversation" between a repetitive backing tracking "duetting" with a freelancing solo line.
Then there's the addition ornamentation and subtle variations in inflection. Studying Mariah Carey is studying performance of Mozart.

And probably the most effective yet seemingly mundane tool in her toolbox: A rising ascending scale up that leads towards the "recapitulation". Mozart had this tool as well, just like the first movement of the 17th piano concerto's used such a method to lead into the recapitulation.

She already Beethoven'd music operating procedures. A rapper collab become fashionable and profitable thanks to her to the point of ubiquity, just like the scherzo never left the scene for a century.

One year i decided to take a drive and see one of the first European settlements in North America, there's the settlement at La Isabela in the DR where Colombus left his men after he went back to Spain, it's not much of a site as the Dominican dictator Trujillo bulldozed whatever remained off the cliff and into the Caribbean (he really hated Columbus)

It's true that native Americans where there way before Columbus but he was the first "European" to discover America.

If Columbus did not come across America the George Washington and the other founders would have never came here, and the United States would never has existed.

Although it's also true that Columbus was a mass murderer and enslaver, he still is the reason the United States exist.

You've been indoctrinated by the West.

The truth is the Buddha discovered America when he transported himself from India.

You see, the Buddha was a prophet from the great creator and was able to walk on water, heal the sick and travel thru space and time.

mongolia's still a big fan of genghis khan, despite like %5-10 of the total world population dying because of his attacks

People like their records.

But hey, as a country we still praise the guys who pretty much exterminated entire First Nation native populations. Nationalism to a toxic, racist extreme, pops up all over.

Personally, you won't hear me praising the likes of Andrew Jackson any time soon. To me Old Hickory refers to what he had rammed up his ass.
