Working at Office Depot has it's benefits

After checkin the system today, I see that the Voodoo4 4500 that we have has been discontinued and is marked down to $89.88. We also have the Voodoo3 2000 & 3000, both for $79.88.

If anyone else carries these items and does the 155% price guarantee (we don't do it anymore) you might get a sweet deal on the Voodoo4 - even though the GeForce2 MX is faster according to reviews.

CompUSA advertised the HP PhotoSmart P1100 for $249.97 or something this week. Now you know those things went fast - but OD and other places do price matching. I'm not sure who else still has this printer besides Best Buy, but at Office Depot they are starting to become few and far between.

You guys here at the forums have given me good heads up plenty of times, thought I'd do the same for yall!

really, though (i've already got a WD 45 gig), i'd like to know if there's anywhere in the system that there's paint shop pro 6. you see i was at this store on winchester, and somebody at the store keeps putting the software on the clearance rack without updating the system or AT LEAST putting the red dot on the bottom. this is frustrating, because by the time the morons(i mean customers) left, the cashier WOULDN'T do a SKU check on the box, they would only scan it, whereby it comes up as $69.99(gotta be wrong because that's the price of the 7 on the shelf). this is also happening with the MCafee Office--which shouldn't bother me cause we have a company license, but i wanted to give that as a gift... I came back the next afternoon--had to get to the store (that night) across town for dvds--AND NOW IT'S GONE. all the other ODs swear up and down that they never sold 6 to begin with(i have it on my computer already at work, but that's at work

Yeah, the rebate might be a long shot given that 3dfx are on the way out. I bought my card 3 weeks ago before all this surfaced.

Some companies use other companies to handle their rebates (This one mentions TCArebates) so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
