I think I'm ready to build my first system

After much agonizing and browsing of this forum, I think I have finally settled on a system. Please look it over and give me any suggestions. BTW: I do game (World of Warcraft mainly) and I do not think that I will OC. I hope to have this system for 3 years with minor upgrades along the way (a better card at 2 years maybe)

So here it is:
$70 Antec Sonata
$80 Windows XP
$100 Kingston 1GB PC 3200 400 MHz 2x512MB Dual Channel Model Memory
$156 AMD Athlon 64 3000+, 512KB L2 Cache, Socket 939 64-bit Processor - Retail
$129 Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 Audio/GB-LAN/USB/IEEE/PCI-E/SATA/DDR/ATX 939 motherboard
$45 Seagate Barracuda 120.0GB Internal Hard Drive HD
$187 MSI nVIDIA GeForce 6600GT Video Card, 128MB DDR3, 128-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, PCI-Express, Model video card

All prices are after rebate. I have already purchased the ram, case and XP. I plan on getting the CPU/mobo combo from Monarch. Should I get their 2 year warranty? it is only 20 bucks. Also should I have them put on the Shin-Etsu therma grease for 14 buck? Is the stock fan ok? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys.
Mik3y. I got the case on Black Friday at compusa(been working on this build for a while). The price was after rebate. I have yet to see my rebate, so if I don't get it it would have cost me 110(which would suck).

I have a 3000+ the stock heatsink is alright.. keeps temps around 37C idle and up to 48-9 ish under load... thats with mobo measurements though... dunno how accurate they are... and your hardrive... i prefer SATA, but whatever floats your boat.. looks good

Looks like a good system. No need to change anything. The stock heatsink fan works good. I find that it's quiet enough and cools reasonably well.

I'm pretty sure you can get a full-fledged NF4 Ultra (instead of 4X) for $130 (Chaintech VNF4/Ultra), but the rest of your rig is great.

Is there a big difference between the NF4 and the NF4 ultra's. Monarch has the MSI Board for 150. Is it really worth 20 bucks more? I know that I may be splitting hairs, but I already had to file a budget deviance request with the wife and I'm not sure if I can stand another.

Not really; I just threw that out there in case you were interested. The 4X does only support 4x HT, though, compared to the 5x that most 939 procs (yours included) utilize. There shouldn't be any stock performance difference, but overclocking might be a different story (I don't know for sure; don't quote me on this).

Thank you all for your help. I really appreciate the advice. I'll probably need more as I start to put it together
