Just thought I'd let ATOT know...

That's the way to do it. Wait till sick w/ a bad cold or sinus problems then go out and smoke a whole pack of cigarettes. You won't want any the next day and there you go, you've kick started a smoke free life.

However, initially your quality of life will be low because of the addiction.

The only addiction withdrawal experience I have is ritalin. It wasn't fun. I've seen people quitting smoking. It drives them crazy, especially when they're around people that still smoke.
