I think I want to overclock. Can you help?

I am not even sure if this is considered overclocking - but here it goes anyway. I have an Iwill VD133 with a Celeron 400 (secondary system) and I want to upgrade the processor to a 800 MHz or better Celeron. Please don't tell me to go to a PIII. I have already read those posts. Since I am new at this, my question is if my system's multiplier max is 8 does that mean the highest supported Celeron for this system is 800 MHz? If I wanted to run let's say a 950 MHz Celeron, is that possible? I imagine it is. Can anyone give me a few quick pointers or direct me to a good online reference for accomplishing this?

intel chips have a locked muliplier, so it really doesn't matter what the multiplier of the chip is, as long as the board supports the voltage, fsb, and form factor. make sure that your board can do all three. it would need a 100mHz FSB (which i'm sure it can handle), be able to go to at least 1.65 volts (i believe that celeron has a native voltage of 1.5, but 1.65 is fine). is your board slot1 or socket370? if it is slot 1 you will need a slotket (they're cheap). if it is socket370, than as long as it supports the FSB and the voltage than you are fine. what you are doing is not overclocking, though, you are just putting a new chip in. if you got the 800 mHz celeron and ran it at 119fsb for a total of 952 mhz, THEN you would be overclocking.
