Well I kind of got drunk 3 nights ago but I still dont feel as though I can feel just right. Like when I tried to pick a scabb I could feel it but it was a weird feeling in which there was little pain but I knew it should have hurt more.

Has anyone ever had something like this happen before? Does it eventually wear off?

your brain cells are dead, that means you can keep drinking and smoking because there's nothing more to lose! yay

You've successfully damaged your body:

http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/315159-overview

congratulations!
The development of peripheral neuropathy, specifically, the formation of primary axonal sensorimotor peripheral polyneuropathy, is a risk for persons who have consumed large quantities of alcoholic beverages over an extended period of time.
OP got drunk once, he isn't a chronic alcoholic. OP, I really, REALLY doubt you've done any nerve damage to yourself by getting drunk. If that was the case then every university graduate on Earth would be like Stephen Hawking.

it you don't have much to start out with you risk stupidus = stup(ēre) to be numb or stunned. once gone, they are gone for good. brain mass shrinks. you'll become easly entertained. you'll wana watch tv all day. smoking dope will seem like a good idea.

I was going to suggest the scab picking test, but it appears you've already done it.

OP got drunk once, he isn't a chronic alcoholic.

Yes but the first symptom on the page is similar to what the OP described:

Diminished sensation to vibration or pinprick stimulation in a "stocking-to-glove" distribution

He might not have done permanent damage but he should be aware of the long-term effects of alcohol poisoning and the road he has just taken a few steps down.

Oh FFS

OP: Drink lots of pedialyte, sleep for a couple days (yes, call off work) and eat plenty of sugar. You did some damage, but nothing but your liver is scarred for life.

Take the couple of days to decide if drinking is worth it. I'm not saying that you need to quit drinking, I'm just saying you need to take a serious look at how you drink.

Drinking causes all kinds of nerve damage. One time I thought it was a good idea to climb a tree when drunk. I got pretty high up, lost my grip, fell on my nerves. They broke! Alcohol broke my nerves.

I am scared that you are a moron. :p

I have found alcohol to be beneficial for the efficiency of my brain through the theory of survival of the fittest. Alcohol kills brain cells but only the weakest brain cells are killed. The strong brain cells left over are less encumbered by the weak brain cells, thereby increasing the efficiency of my brain activity.

You're probably experiencing temporary effects, but yeah shows how bad that stuff can be for you if too much is taken. :p I thankfully never went down that road. The worse I've done is a couple glasses of CR and pepsi, not really enough to get drunk. :p
